Cancellation Policy

We do all that we can to keep our training costs as affordable as possible and provide the best opportunity to allow transit professionals to attend our classes. When you sign up for this course, if you do not cancel up to five business days before the class or no-show for the scheduled date of the class your agency will be charged for the full registration fee for the class and your registration becomes non-refundable. Additionally, no credit will be granted for another training at a future date. However, if a participant can not attend, the agency can substitute an individual from the same agency up to five business days before the start of the class.

PASS Online

THE INDUSTRY STANDARD

CTAA is excited to announce the latest update to our industry standard Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Driver and Trainer Certification program. More than 100,000 transit and non-emergency medical drivers are PASS certified. This exciting upgrade enhances the user’s learning experience by streamlining content with updated modules.

Here’s why PASS Online is the industry standard in driver safety and passenger assistance and sensitivity:

“We’re thrilled with all of the valuable new content, features and upgrades we’ve built into PASS,” says CTAA Executive Director Scott Bogren. “Passenger safety and sensitivity is vital to all facets of community and public transit and PASS Online exemplifies the industry commitment.”
